Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping charges: If returning due to change of mind, customer pays.
  • Sale or bundle products: May have different return rules. Please contact support.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Zatiya’s error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support.

  • Price difference: If exchanging for a different product, the customer pays the difference.
